MMEA District 3
Welcome to the website for District 3 of the Maine Music Educators Association, part of the National Association for Music Education.
Our mission is to promote and advance music education by providing a voice and venue for advocacy and advancement of music education in Maine.
Our membership includes K-12 music teachers in schools of the midcoast and slightly into the interior of Maine. We hold student festivals, offer student scholarships and teacher grants, and provide inservice and mentorship for our members.
