General Scholarships for Students in District 3
MMEA District 3 will award up to six $250.00 music scholarships to students enrolled in District 3 school ensembles to assist them in pursuing musical activities and goals (music camp, private lessons, purchase of new instruments, etc.). For students to qualify for the scholarship, it is mandatory that they continue to participate in a school ensemble in the coming school year.

District 3 offers the "Dick Kenison Music Scholarship" in the amount of up to $1,000 for a graduating high school senior.

1) A graduating senior who has been an active ensemble member, in good standing with their respective music programs during their high school tenure in District 3 and has demonstrated an active interest in school and community in the capacity of teaching/tutoring music.
