My robot project

This web site is my central place where I’m publishing and archive my electronics Arduino project. Not only the project but as well all the datasheets, IDE and processing codes and all useful references that help me to buildup my projects.

Let me introduce myself: I have studied microelectronic some 30 years ago at university but never really have to practice it because I spend most of my professional carrier in IT industry, which is the natural step after studying microelectronic. 10 years ago I have decided to give an 180 degree turn to my professional carrier and I’m now managing a small beach resort in west Sumatra. Managing a small dive resort on a remote island of Sumatra have waking up all my technician skills about mechanic, electricity, electronic, IT, weather prediction, tide prediction etc..at the same time I developed a new passion for photography, on land, underwater and in the sky. I own few toys like RC Drones and kites for aerial photography and a infrared camera trap for wild life photography.

All that combine make me start to think:” and what if I could do this” or” it would be nice If I could do that” etc etc….

Unfortunately, my electronic skills were a bit rusty and the gap between the thought and the realization was too big for me to go further on. Then few weeks ago (thanks to a post from learn robotics) I discover Arduino and it have immediately recall in my mind the time when I was programming micro controller at the university. I have decided to buy a Arduino starter kit to refresh my skills and since then I have minimum 10 ideas every day about new Arduino project ….
