LDR to switch a led Day/Off Night/On

Here is a schematic to switch on/off a led according to light condition.

Daytime, the led is off, Night time, the led is on.

I choose 12 V as Vcc because i want to use stock strip LED. The the resistor R3 and the Led are already inside the strip Led.

Components:

• Resistor 1.5 M ‎Ω x1

• Resistor 1K ‎Ω x1

• LDR LDR VT90N2 x1

• Transistor BC547 x1

• 1 Led from 12V strip Led x1
