Department Chairperson for science – This includes coordinating discussion between department and administration in areas such as the sharing of administrative needs, goals, and priorities to teachers and vice versa. Collaboration with other departments to enhance school-wide programs, and providing guidance on standards based curriculum and lesson planning.
Project LIVE (Learning through Instructional Video in Education) participant – Trained and supported with equipment to foster student collaboration and critical thinking through learning experiences in movie making. Students are taught how to work as a team to plan a project, film and then edit their movie.
Middle School Teacher Website Trainer - Observing a need throughout the school site for more electronic teacher communication with parents and students, I designed a middle school teacher web site template that could be personalized by any teacher for their classroom communication. Created print based materials to support teachers as they use the web site and also provided a training class for teachers on creating their own website. Awarded Teacher of the Year in 2009 in recognition of this work.

Manager of Customer Service Department that included sales of toys and other retail merchandise to customers via phone and mail order.
Member of enterprise software (SAP) implementation team. Analyzed needs of sales and customer service departments and customized the software to best serve all users. Customized training materials, designed coursework and trained staff on order processing within SAP.
Account Manager for Equity Toys division of Equity Marketing to major retail toy stores. Order processing and management of the order from entry into sales management software to shipment from manufacturing plant to distribution warehouses and beyond.

Managed accounts for the entire region of Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Duties included entering orders and coordinating with international distributors and manufacturers to ensure on time shipment and delivery of efficiently packed containers of Applause products.
