Tech Meetup Web Page and Google Drive Folder with Shared Files and Information
Tech Meetup Web Page (image to the right):
A web page accessible by teachers only was created to house all information pertaining to the Tech Meetup group. Meeting notes, files, and images can be uploaded for view by any school employee. Additional features were added to this web site during cycle two.

Reflection:
Teachers participating in the group sent their images and files to me for uploading to the file cabinet at the bottom of the web page. This file cabinet was not utilized by many in the group. However, a google drive folder was also shared with all participants. Teachers readily uploaded their files and information to be shared with the group to this folder.
What is lacking in these two file storage devices is an ability to discuss and comment about these files. So, a different tool was researched. It was decided by the group that a google group would be acceptable for this purpose.
USE A QR CODE!
The following image demonstrates the effectiveness of providing a QR code on the Tech Munch invitation. Views of the Tech Meetup page dramatically increased around the date of the March Tech Munch.
Analytics of website visits: Analytics showed that participants checked the web site content and meeting information on dates that invitations were sent out to teachers.
