Moksha Iyer

Moksha is currently a freshman in Washington High School. Moksha is avid learner of music and is currently learning both carnatic vocal and veena. She also plays Western Flute for the school marching band.

Moksha started formal tutelage in Carnatic music vocal since the age of 4 under Smt. Geetha Iyer from Geetha Vidyalaya Music School in Fremont. Moksha’s passion and interest for music drove to pick an instrument and learn Veena also from Smt. Geetha Iyer. She has won several awards in Bay Area competitions conducted by several organizations. She has performed on many stages.

Ranjini Bhagawan (Veena)

Ranjini Bhagavan is a student of Smt. Geetha Iyer, of the Geetha Vidyalaya School of music in Fremont. Ranjini started learning Veena in Bangalore under Smt. Gnanambal and Sri M.V. Krishnamurthy. After moving to the US, Ranjini came under the tutelage of Smt. Geetha Iyer who honed her skills at playing the Veena. She has been receiving Veena and Vocal lessons from Smt. Geetha Iyer.

Ranjini has given solo performances at Lotus, and many other organizations in the Bay area. She has provided Veena accompaniment for Arangetrams and dance programs in the Bay area. She has been part of music ensembles in the greater Phoenix area as well.

Vignesh Sadasivan (Mridangam)

Vignesh Sadasivan is currently a junior in Irvington High School Fremont. He is the disciple of Laya Kala Ratna Sri Ramesh Srinivasan, the prime disciple of Sangeetha Kalanidhi late Sri. Vellore Ramabhadran. He had his Mridangam arangetram in 2018.

Vignesh has been providing accompaniement for several artists in the US and India. He has accompanied for AIR artists like Adoor Sudarshan, Sri Mahesh Sadasivan, several music teachers and upcoming artists of Bay Area. Vignesh also accompanies for dance programs, Sampradaya Bhajan and works with artists on productions like Raga Labs. He is also learning vocal from Smt. Geetha Iyer of Geetha Vidyalaya from a very young age.
