Impana Chimmalagi (Vocal)

Impana Chimmalagi, is a Senior at Wilcox High School and is very passionate about music. Her guru is Smt. Divya Ramesh, Director of Saphalya Music Academy and is also blessed to have an opportunity to learn the art of concert presentation from her Paramaguru Karnataka Kalashree Tirumale Srinivas. She also regularly attends advanced workshops conducted by Paramaguru Delhi. P. Sunder Rajan.

She frequently performs in numerous Solo concerts at Abhyas, SSS, Navarathri concerts at SDK, SKV & Sri Krishna Balaram Mandir, Balaji temple. She has actively performed with her peers in thematic presentations, Sangeetha Vaibhavam, Pranava Nadam, Thyagaraja Aradhana, Dasa Smriti, Purandara Vaibhava, Vaggeyakara vaibhavam, Sri Vadiraja Aradhane, SRRT and many fundraising events for a good cause. She was also one of the main singers to sing along with her Guru Divya Ramesh for a Dance Production of Mahabharatha for KKNC. She has also sung along with Nachiketa Yakkundi and been a part of Vikasitaranga at the 8th AKKA convention.

She has won many accolades and laurels for her music school. She was the winner of the Swara Sangama 2017 at KKNC conducted by Rajesh Krishnan.

Aparna Thyagarajan (Violin)

Aparna Thyagarajan started showing interest in Carnatic music from a very young age. She had her initial training in Carnatic vocal music from her mother Smt. Rama Thyagarajan, and started learning the violin at the age of 10. She is currently under the guidance of her uncle Vidwan Sri Delhi P. Sunderrajan for both vocal and violin. Aparna has provided violin accompaniment for many Bay Area schools, competitions, and individual artists. She has won first prize in multiple categories for the violin competition held by the prestigious Cleveland Aradhana Festival. She has also given solo violin duets with her brother Vignesh Thyagarajan. Aparna has performed vocal music for various organizations throughout the Bay Area and has performed in Chennai as a part of the December music season for the last 4 years. Aparna had her Violin solo Arangetram on Sep 2019 accompanied by Vidwan. Neyveli Sri. Narayanan on Mrudangam and Vidwan. Adambakkam Sri. Sankar on Ghatam. She is doing her BS in software engineering at San Jose State University.

Akshay Bharadwaj (Mridangam)

Akshay Bharadwaj is an incoming sophomore at UC San Diego. He has been learning from Guru Ravindra Bharathy Sridharan for over 12 years, and completed his arangetram in 2017. He has performed and competed in Cleveland, Sacramento, and Los Angeles.

Diya Krishna (Vocal)

Diya Krishna, has been a student of Carnatic music for the past 8yrs under the tutelage of Sri. Hari Devanath and Sri. Vivek Sundararaman in Sri Paduka Academy, California. She is an 8th grader at Oakwood School. She has participated in various music competitions and performed in many local organizations. She also enjoys participating in Public Forum debates and traveling.
