不動産の固定資産税REAL PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION
固定資産税の請求は、毎年７月２０日と１月２０日に各オーナーに発送されます。日本の住所にも送ってくれます。
支払いの期限は８月２０日と、２月２０日です。８月にまとめて払っても大丈夫です。

PAYMENT DUE DATES: AUGUST 20 (first installment) FEBRUARY 20 (second installment)

サテライトシティーホールで支払うときは必ず、現在の請求書を持参する事
Original bill must accompany payment at Satellite City Halls. Payment must be for the entire amount shown as "CURRENT AMOUNT DUE NOW" or "NEW BALANCE." Partial payments will not be accepted at the satellite city halls.
支払いは現金、個人の小切手 為替または銀行振り出し小切手です。 Payment must be in cash, check, money order or cashier check. No credit card payments are accepted.
