This was very much a "what do I have in the cupboard" meal.
I put a little salt on some chunks of pork, and grilled them. While they were finishing, I also grilled the flower buds of the garlic, and the round stems that grow below the flower buds.
While all that was cooking, I very briefly boiled some shelled fresh peas. To those I added chopped up cheese, salt, and a little vinegar.
