1.1 Preface
In recent Time the world is progressing continuously. Many Factors are responsible for this progress. The mast important factor is “Education”. When we define education in philosophical way. Education Develops Human talents. Education itself lightens the human being.
In modern age Education became main factors for Social important and awareness of our society. The society, the country and the world can progress only which the Education.
According to MAHARSHI ARVIND….
“Education is Building of the power of the human mind and spirit” It is the evoking of knowledge character and culture”.
When the progress of every culture of the world depend upon the Education, the Quality base Education is necessary but it is possible when we know the weak side of Education, then in improvise those weak sides and makes highly quality base education. For the improvement should be done at primary level base of education. For that at the level of secondary the quality base and scientific education important .
For the improvement of education of the level of teacher training the research has done this research to gate information at the area of teacher-training.
1.2 Problem of the Research
The research has done on the subject as below :
“ Evolution the Teaching-Learning Process in Uttar Buniyadi Schools at Valia and Dediyapada Taluka”
1.3 Aims of the Research
The aims of the research is as below :
1. To get information about Teaching-Learning process of Uttar Buniyadi Schools.
2. To get information about the infrastructure facility of Uttar Bunuyadi Schools.
1.4 Question of Research
The research has done based on below questions
1. Which type of Teaching Learning work is done in Uttar Buniyadi Schools.
2. Which kind of Infrastructure facility is Uttar Bunuyadi School.
1.5 Research Method
The Educational people who used varied method for solution of confused question of the field those called research methods.
The Researches used “Survey Method” for indicating real condition and got the responses the teachers.
1.6 Population and Specimen
According to Shah and Pande…
“Population means the members of any perfect defined class people, incidents or things”
In this research’s population research included five Uttar Buniyadi School at Valia and Dediyapada Taluka. There are the two Schools in Valia taluka and three schools in dediyapada taluka. The research included took the whole population as a specimen. There were 35 Teacher included as specimen.
1.7 Research Tool
In this research, researcher used “Opinionnaire” and “ Interview-Schedule” as tool to collect data about problem of Uttar Buniyadi Schools.
1.8 Technique of Data analysis
The information which has been got form varied becomes meaningful when they are analysing with the help of statistically techniques. Research used percentage techniques for the analysing of information getting form “Opinionnaire” and the information getting form interview Schedule were analysing through quantitative techniques.
1.9 Findings of Research
The finding which were got after statically analysis for educational problems of Teacher-Training institute are as below.
1.9.1 The main finding which were shown by the Teacher on “Opinionnaire” are as below.
1. During the teaching time most of the teaching is give through lecture methods.
2. The Teachers teaching give more importance is give to complete the curriculum.
3. The Teachers did not use audio-visual aids during their teaching.
4. The Teachers did not used reference literature according to subject only.
5. More weitage given to the marks of internal evolution.
6. The Evaluating status is free so their quality status is law.
7. The less importance is given the subject.
1.9.2 The main findings which were got from Teacher about infrastructure facility on opinionnaire are as below.
1. The class- rooms of Uttar Buniyadi schools were not wide.
2. The colleges haven t the science lab with enough instrument.
3. No facility of library in Uttar Buniyadi schools.
4. Uttar Buniyadi schools haven t sport room.
5. There is not enough playing instruments in Uttar Buniyadi schools.
6. In Uttar Buniyadi schools hostel facility are poor.
1.9.3 The main finding based on response of teachers on interview schedule.
1. More weightage is given on complete curriculum during the year.
2. Education is not given with varied methods.
3. There isn’t continuous and overall evolution during the year.
4. The enough guidance about the development of future is not given .
5. The less knowledge is given about the technological field.
6. No information is given about the educational program.
1.10 Educational Review
The research has done with the limited but definite aims has some limitation even Though the finding which has got that should the educational review which are wide and important. The discussion of some important reviews are as below.
1. If there is more use of audio- visual aids in teaching work then the education become live.
2. More importance is given to the guidance of reference literature of curriculum unit.
3. There should be develop the continues and overall evolution in education.
4. More importance is given to the future field of education and guidance of educational programme then co-curricular activities and internal evolution during teacher- training work.
5. There should be develop infrastructure facilities for physical, mentally and emotional development.
6. There should be necessary to give practical knowledge of technological field during teaching period.
7. There should be necessary to improve evolution method keep the quality of education.
1.11 Conclusion
After realizing the condition of teacher education colleges and getting instruction by doing this research is helpful to give quality based education in the field of teachers education.
