· Endive leaves with herbed cheese, dried apricots, walnuts, pistachio dust

Dinner:

· Mixed baby green salad with dried cranberries, English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, toasted pecans, gorgonzola champagne pear vinaigrette

· Grilled cedar planked salmon with orange tarragon seasoning

· Lemon sesame phyllo crusted oven roasted chicken

· Chilled asparagus salad with balsamic glaze & toasted almonds

· Saffron cous cous with toasted pine nuts, golden raisins, green onions, peas

· Assorted rolls & butter

Dessert:

· Brownie bites

· Assorted miniature cheesecakes
