Intro Stats: Class Lec 03: Why & How of an Islamic Approach

1. Students SHOULD come prepared having done Learning Unit AAU L02H before class and having done the first quiz QL02H on their own.
2. Ask students to take out a piece of paper and pen, WRITE their names & Roll Number
3. Project in-Class QUIZ and ask them to write answers
4. This should finish within the first ten minutes. Have them submit quiz for grades
5. Project Lecture Slides and discuss with students.
6. Do Group Activity -- see below -- in LAST ten/fifteen minutes of class. Have groups discuss ONLY one or two questions in class. For the rest, ask INDIVIDUALS to discuss them with friends/family separately at home, and writeup same three ANSWERS asked for on the top of the group activity.
7. FEEDBACK. Ask each student to write ONE POINT -- what was the single most interesting/important thing that he/she learned in this class? SUBMIT.
8. ASSIGN HOMEWORK: Complete Learning Unit AAU L04H and take quiz on this unit QL04H before coming to next class
