S3 Limits at infinities

The distribution function measures the probabilty of the event (-infinity,x]. As x increases to infinity, this event includes ALL real numbers and hence has probability 1. As x decreases to -infinity, this becames the empty set, with no reals in it. This has probabilty 0. The CDF has limits at plus and minus infinity in accordance with these intuitions
