Having lived in Palomar Estates East for 14 years, I care deeply about the well-being and future of our community. My approach as a leader emphasizes fairness, logic, and respect for every resident’s voice, guided by our bylaws and Robert’s Rules of Order.
What sets me apart is my ability to bring people together — to solve problems collaboratively and to follow through with practical, lasting results.
PEERA Service
Served as Treasurer and Chief Technical Officer
Supported Vice Chair, Membership, Helping Hands, and Emergency Preparedness Committees
Provided technical support for Zoom PEERA meetings during the pandemic
Built the original Palomar Estates East website to improve resident communication
Community Improvements
Partnered with resident architect Bill Elder to design and install acoustic and lighting upgrades in the clubhouse
Re-engineered the speaker system for clearer sound — a real benefit for senior hearing needs
Installed original public Wi-Fi in the clubhouse for community use
Resident Engagement
Organized investment and health seminars, potlucks, and social activities such as Bridge, Billiards, and Bocce ball
Assisted residents with computer use, nutrition, and physical fitness
