BradyCardia

So what causes Bradycardia? Heart rate lower than 50 BPM.

Are vegans more susceptible to this?

According to the Cronometer, I am generally low on intake of Cholline (about 50% of RDI). This might be causing Bradycardia as well as other symptoms. This video by Zachary Murphy explains the heart rate chemistry in detail.

With respect to male reproduction system, here is an excellent video explaining the details by Zachary Murphy, a physician's assistant and CEO of NinjaNerd.org. Of particular interest is the need for choline ==> acetylcholine in the autonomic nervous system--vagus nerve.

My nominal heart rate is 45 BPM and it has been measured as low as 30 BPM over night.

I have indeed exercised a quite a bit--up to 200 mile bike ride in one day and 100K bike ride every day for 1.5 months--across the US.

A recent experience of hiking up a hill, I could not get my heart rate above 75 BPM. However, on a treadmill in the doctor's office I was able to get it up to 160 BPM. It looked OK. Was the hill hike an aberration or something to be of concern?

My question: Is Bradycardia a symptom of Vegan CRON diet? or is it simply conditioning? or is there something else going wrong with my Sinus node? Wore a heart monitor (Zio) for 2 weeks. The data has not be analyzed as of this writing (8/29/22).
