Printer Troubleshooting

Confirm the USB (or network cable) is plugged in tight on both ends.

Unplug the power cord from the printer or wall > wait 20 seconds > plug it back in.

If it is still not working, right click the printer and delete it > then unplug the printer > wait 20 seconds > plug it back in.

If that doesn't fix it, reboot the computer, then download and install the newest print driver for the printer.

If that doesn't fix it, and it is under warranty, contact tech support from the manufacturer.
