Can't hear audio from your computer?

Confirm the volume is turned up. If it's a laptop, press the unmute and volume up buttons on the keyboard.

Confirm the headphones / speakers work on a different know good device.

Confirm the headphones / speakers are plugged tight into the audio out jack (green).

Confirm the sound driver is loaded in device manager.

From Control Panel > Sound > Audio Tab > Toggle the sound default playback device to the other option (if there is another option).

Press the Volume button and make sure the sound is turned up.

Confirm the sound card is tight in the slot (if you have a stand alone sound card).

If your computer is under warranty you can call their tech support line.

If the sound card is bad or missing:

If it's a laptop, you can use a USB sound card.
