The Auto Confirmation system will make calls to all existing patients. A phone icon will be placed on the appointment slot once the call is made. We must still call new patients, existing patients that were not called, and existing patients who are missing information. The most common information missing is insurance info and address.

Make sure we have all necessary information, including address and health insurance info.
Ask patient if they would also like to schedule any other members or their family.
Remind patient to bring their health insurance card to the appointment
