"UHC-Vision" is a vision rider/vendor (like Eyemed or VSP) with which we are NOT IN NETWORK. We cannot accept this insurance for a routine vision exam. This should be treated like Davis, Spectera, OptumHealth and any other out of network plan, where the patient pays $70.
