MetLife Vision is part of the same network as VSP and we should handle it in the same way.
If a patient has MetLife Vision, we need to get the *subscriber's* information and call MetLife Vision (1-855-638-3931). We need the same information as we do with VSP: copay, eligibility, and *reference number*. Please write all of this on the superbill and take the patient's MetLife Vision copay.
