Sonja: So far we've discovered that there is a gap between people who want to introduce and use empathy techniques in their families, and their family members who might be reluctant to it.

We're generally going in this direction so please take a look at the exercise on page 8 in Frame Your Own Design Challenge and have a crack at it before the meeting so that we're ready with some ideas.
