Section 3. Basis and Maximum of Annual Assessments.
Maintenance costs of the access corridors, which shall be an obligation of the Association, shall be charged pro-rata among all Class B Members only.
Question: Who pays for maintenance of the access corridors?
Costs are shared pro rata among all Class B members only.
Where do I put my trash for pick up?
The access corridors are driveways. They are not roads and were not paved to withstand the wear and tear of vehicles the size of garbage/recycling trucks.
The cost of repairing the pavement runs into the thousands of dollars. In the interest of preserving your driveway's pavement, please take your garbage, recycling and yard debris containers to the street curb (Brookside, Braeburn, Normandy, Inwood, Lochmoor). Please contact Sanipac/Lane Apex and let them know that they are in no way to drive on the cul-de-sac.
