Ever wonder why the trail conditions vary throughout our neighborhood?
If so, you might find it interesting to know that the trails are owned by various groups, including various HOAs and the Rest-Haven Memorial Park. The HOAs include:
Edgewood Mountain III
To help our HOA members better understand why certain areas of the trail do not seem to be maintained, "Leaving EWPA Property" signs have been installed. The locations of these signs are designated by the red stars.
The trails owned and maintained by Edgewood West Park Association, typically are packed gravel and edged with rounded logs, although some of our trails have not yet been upgraded.
