You have moved into a community that seeks to preserve the natural beauty of Eugene's south hills with a hands on approach of its members.

To facilitate this, an elected board comprised of your neighbors meets monthly to administer the covenants established by Breeden Brothers when the Edgewood West development was legally established in 1968.

Besides making sure these rules are regulations are observed, the board is also responsible for maintaining the common area and nature trails. This is done by assessing annual dues and organizing a neighborhood work party in April to clear downed brush in the common area left from winter storms.

If you haven't already done so, check out the common area* and the two nature trails running along the creeks. Help us keep them looking good by participating in the annual April work party. This is not only a good way to give back to the community, but a great way to meet your neighbors.

Also, we have compiled a list of residents' emails to notify those interested in meetings, special events, and activities in the area. If you would like to be added to the list, simply fill out the online form.

Again, welcome to our neighborhood. We are looking forward to getting to know you better and working with you to keep our area a delightful and enjoyable living experience for everyone. Your input is always welcome along with your presence at the board meetings.

*"Common Area” shall mean all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the members of the Association.
