The board is currently seeking two people who are interested in committing to a 3-year term on the board to fill the two board positions currently expiring in August 2024. It is helpful, but not required, for those interested in joining the board to have participated in EWPA volunteer activities. This provides both context for the new board members and will let them hit the ground running. Potential candidates should be familiar with EWPA's purpose and responsibilities to its members, the bylaws and other legal documents, which can be found here.
Volunteer opportunities include participating in trail work parties, being on call for special debris collection and removal, inspecting the trails for issues throughout the year, joining the Welcome Wagon to welcome new homeowners to the neighborhood, writing short articles for the website, designing graphic materials, delivering postcards to neighbors. If you would like to volunteer, please email edgewoodwestparkassociation@gmail.com.

Sarah Fox
Sarah has lived in the neighborhood for well over a decade and has been an active trail volunteer. She has provided dozens of hours of hands on time to maintain and improve our trails.
Cooper Harless
Cooper is new to the neighborhood, arriving in 2022, and took advantage of getting involved in the first opportunity he had to help with the common areas. In addition to himself, he recruited his family to participate in the work party, which focused on removing downed debris on the Brae Burn trail. Cooper also brings a set of eyes to the trail as he walks the trails daily with his dog.
If you would like to nominate someone, please send an email to edgewoodwestparkassociation@gmail.com by Monday, July 8, 2024.
Each home, owned by one or more person, will receive one ballot (renters are not eligible to vote). Voting will occur at the Annual Meeting & Ice Cream Social on Saturday, July 14 from 2-4pm at the cul-de-sac of 345 Brae Burn.
