Students will be working on research booklets and preparing posters/brochures
Remind students that they should confer with their partners to ensure they have all content adequately answered and that all of their information is in agreement.
Then student can begin assembling information into a COHERENT NARRATIVE for their poster.
Remind them that they can start with either the pathogen, the part of the immune system that protects them from this pathogen, or the vaccine/Enhancement that they are marketing.

Students will be completing the "Lunar Phases Lab" using lights and styrofoam balls to mimic the phases as well as how lunar phases are different from eclipses.

If they finish early, students can use the slides (Round and Round - Celestial Motion Slides) to complete the notes (Round and Round - Celestial Motion Student Note ) on the different types of celestial motion.
Feel free to demo/explain any of these concepts. THey should understand the difference between revolution and rotation and how this creates some interesting observable phenomena as viewed from Earth.
