D1. Hospital redevelopment (Cheverly Hill)
Report on January 26th special joint meeting with the Cheverly Planning Board.
D2. Annexation.
The annexation resolution received its first hearing at the January 8 town meeting.
D3. 5801 Annapolis Road, townhouses.
Report on the second neighborhood meeting of January 14. Traffic study received.
D4. 1301 Claybrick Road, Concrete Batching Plant.
Report on follow-up of the heads-up we received from County Councilmember Shayla Adams-Stafford. Dan and Sheila both sent an inquiry to Shayla. Sheila included the 2023 project history. Invitation and request for air quality study were sent to Vulcan Materials January 7.
