Europe's medical cannabis programs are very different to the USA in that only proprietary cultivar are grown and used for government distribution.

The main purpose is to validate “cannaquack system allowing interested parties to participate. Other collaboration work would be in the areas of Nutrient Formulation And Standardization : Strain Selection : In Vitro Multiplication : In Vitro Breeding And In Vitro Plant Storage .

Collaboration work will be done with the aid of Dr Gianpaolo Grassi a well respected researcher in the field of cannabis having over 25 years experience..

Dr Gianpaolo Grassi has played a major part of Italy's medical cannabis project and is very influential. We have developed a very good relationship over the last years of working together.

The key aim of the collaboration project is to secure a contract to supply the Italian medical cannabis program along with other European partners quality medical grade cannabis.

The collaboration project is to run for one year with the option of extending it. Having full use of all equipment and facilities of the research center allowing in house analytical testing of product and grow materials.

Due to the research into in vitro breeding selected strains could be developed and these are sometimes patented which the rights would be shared.
