Kosmo

Kosmo 1

From the look of it, a TI by another name... and for another purpose: calculating biorhythms! A pseudo-scientific fad in the 70's, biorhythms were a peer of astrology. They promised to predict one's periods of strong and weak physical, emotional and intellectual propensity based on nothing more than one's birth date. Moreover, they were supposed to tell how well-matched a pair of people were, and when they were likely reinforce or oppose one another.

This unit works perfectly, but only for dates through 1999! That's right; it suffers from the Y2K bug!

The Kosmo 1 came with a tan, spiral stitched naugahyde sleeve that absolutely screamed "the '70s!" The unit I bought had within it a list of the birthdays of relatives of whoever previously owned it.
