Tangueros and Milongueros

In Buenos Aires, a Tanguero (f. Tanguera) is an aficionado, who is passionate about any or all of the levels of tango-- its history, music, lyrics, and dance. A Milonguero (f. Milonguera) is more of a pure dancer, who has picked up his skill in the milongas. This list includes both tangueros and milongueros, who have contributed to the world's understanding of Argentine Tango through their dance and/or their writings.
