Class Details & Schedule
Individual attention has always been an important component of our teaching method and is one of the salient reasons for our students' success.
There is no separation of experience levels.
All students "promote" themselves, as every class runs the full gamut from fundamentals to the more challenging techniques, from 7:00 to 9:30 pm.
BASICS: 7:00 - 8:00 pm. – This session is dedicated to beginners and is recommended as well for experienced dancers wishing to reinforce the fundamentals. You will learn to adapt your natural body movement employed in walking, standing and turning, extending the use of these
actions to do them as a couple, responding fluidly to each other's movements. The objective is to develop the skills and confidence to enjoy dancing tango in a social environment.
All students are permitted and encouraged to take part in both sessions. Beginners are “self-promoted” into the Intermediate class as confidence grows.
INTERMEDIATE: 8:00 - 9:30 pm. – In this period we offer Tango, Vals & Milonga for dancers who have mastered the basics and want to learn more techniques or refine what you know. The objective for competent dancers is to help you expand your ability and versatility on the social dance floor; to enhance your connection with your partner and with the music; to dance with elegance.
We offer the special, low tuition rate of
$9.00 per person per class
for students who enroll in advance for ten classes
