Updated Page Layouts

I have added some "heading art" to the Greeting Cards, Name Art, and Word Art pages, and have also changed the layout of them. I hope these changes make the site more visually pleasing. I still need to add more thumbnail images of the greeting cards to that page, and when I do so, I will further improve the layout at that time.
