Got on the road early again. Never been on I-80 in NV before. Very nice. Rolling green hills forever and a few spots that looked like salt flats or dried up lakes. White sandy areas. Very slight drizzle a few times today only for 5 mins at a time, and pretty windy in some areas but not as bad as Nebraska. So we dodged a bullet again. Might catch up to us tonight though. All forecasts show it coming. At a $60 a night Days Inn in Elko, NV. Wow, you get what you pay for. Holiday Inn Express' booked. Only decent size town for a couple hours and it has casinos. I guess thats why its booked. Hope to get passed Salt Lake City tomorrow.
