This trip was a last minute (planned by Kim 3 1/2 weeks prior) christmas gift, due to me picking vacations so much later than usual at work. Record cold and unusual amounts of snow so early in the season made this trip very needed. Flights went well and on-time. Well organized Taxi and Ferry schedules got us to Ferry and on to St John relatively quickly after landing. Lionel Jeep owner met us at Ferry dock with Jeep where he drove us to his lot to drop him off and do paperwork. Vague directions to villa, no street signs whatsoever, left side driving, narrow-steep-tightly curved roads, and darkness made our trip to villa a task. A couple turn-arounds and we found it. Villa was nice but needed some TLC. Great location up away from Cruz City Center and amazing view from wrap-around deck made up for it though. Grabbed groceries and made dinner before turning in for the night.
