We camped last night, so our cold morning started with packing up camp. On our way out of Grand Canyon park, we saw a herd of elk, what a beautiful sight. Talked to a few curious people in McD's... the bike is definitely a conversation piece! We had another shorter drive today, as we went through the mountains and pine trees of Flagstaff, AZ into the red rocks of Sedona. Lots of curvy roads for Kevin to navigate. We explored the gallery district part of Sedona, which we've decided to describe as a beautiful new-age tourist trap. Getting off the beaten track into Boynton Pass was peaceful and serene. We had dinner in town at the Cowboy Club and called it a night. Long day of driving ahead tomorrow.
