Order Status - What's On Your Order Status Page?

If you are a small business owner, then you will know that to keep your operations running smoothly you must be in the know about what your company is doing in terms of sales and orders. You need to know what your Sales Order Status page is showing.

As mentioned before, you will find five different areas on your Order Status page that will show you how the product is being sold. However, only the numbers that are in your left hand column will be displayed on the right hand side of the screen. This means that you need to ensure that you can enter these numbers into your CRM system in order to view your order status.

One of the most common areas on your Order Status page is the Sales Order Status area. Here you will see a list of all of the sales orders that you have placed for your product. In this area you will also see the order ID.

Order ID stands for Order ID and will display how many orders were placed by you or anyone else in your organization. This is a great place to look if you would like to see how many of your customers have already taken delivery of your product. You will also find in this area the name of the customer that placed the order, and their shipping address.

For those who are unfamiliar with order status, you will find the Sales Order Status page very helpful to understand how the sales of your product are being tracked and reported. You will find here information that you need to track orders coming from your current customers, as well as how many of these orders are being fulfilled by your distributors.

You will also find on your Order Status page a drop down menu that has information regarding the rate of customer orders in each category. When you click on the Rate menu, you will be able to click on one of these categories, and receive the details for that category. This can help you identify which customers are contacting you and trying to get you to sell to them.

On your Order Status page you will also find a drop down menu that allows you to type in details about the order. You will find these menu items available under Orders Made, Purchased, Shipped, and Other.

Purchased orders are not created by you or your employees. These orders are created by your suppliers and used by them to purchase the raw materials that they need to create your product. When you click on the Purchase menu item, you will be able to see the details of each order that is a Purchased order.

Shipped orders are the orders that you place to retailers, or to your distributor partners. When you click on the Shipped menu item, you will be able to see the details of each order that you make.

Orders received orders that are either shipped directly to you from the supplier, or orders that are sent to you through your direct marketing partner. When you click on the Orders Received menu item, you will be able to see the details of each order that you receive.

Finally, when you click on the Orders Failed menu item, you will be able to see the details of the orders that were returned due to a number of reasons. By looking at the details of the failed orders you will be able to determine if the return request is legitimate.

There are many areas of your Order Status page that you will want to check to see how your orders are performing. By using your CRM tools, you will be able to locate the orders that you need to provide fulfillment for, and make sure that you don't lose any money with your sales.
