Dear families and friends of Siena,
I am thrilled to share positive news that impacts all of us at Siena. After years of research, planning, and prayerful reflection, I am pleased to announce the reopening of St. Sebastian School in Sturtevant for the 2023-24 school year. The school will formally be known as St. Sebastian STEM Academy (3126 95th Street, Sturtevant, WI 53177) and will begin serving students in grades 3K-2, specializing in hands-on, experiential, faith-filled learning.
The opening of St. Sebastian STEM Academy brings Catholic education to a quickly-expanding area of Racine County and to a parish that wholly welcomes a school back into the adjoining building. Bringing a Catholic school close to I-94 will be exciting for families in that area and is a sign of growth for Catholic education as a whole.
The Siena Admissions team will immediately begin taking inquiries for interested families with students in grades 3K-2 for the 23-24 academic year. The plan is to add grade 3 in school-year 2024-25, grade 4 in school-year 2025-26, and grade 5 in school-year 2026-27.

Moving forward with faith, we remain stronger together.
Brenda White
President, Siena Catholic Schools of Racine

Make a gift to Siena Catholic Schools this holiday season! Your contributions support academics, athletics, extracurriculars, faith formation, and more. They also allow us to attract and retain bright and engaging educators, the heart and soul of our schools. Give now in honor of them and the students whose lives are forever changed because of them!
Save the Date! St. Catherine's High School is bringing back the Black & White Ball on April 22, 2023!
Tuition contracts will be going out in early February. As a reminder, the window to enroll in the Racine Parental Choice Program for the 2023-24 school year is February 1-20, 2023.
Beginning in January 2023, it is hoped that John XXIII Educational Center will pilot a new initiative with Our Lady of Grace Academy (OLOGA).
Since the beginning of the center, some families who would like to participate in the center’s afternoon activities lack transportation and time, which make attendance a challenge. Now, with an offer of help from a local benefactor, it may become possible for a number of local families to be part of an initiative to bring students to the center. Read here for more!
What happens when you combine a St. Rita Spirit Assembly with St. Cat's cheerleaders? Absolute craziness!
The Seventh Grade St. Rita Spirit Committee partnered with faculty, staff, and SCHS students to bring some excitement to the school on December 5. In addition to learning some cheers and crowning the fifth grade winners of the spirit stick, the St. Rita Royal Ambassadors unveiled the Buddy Bench they've spent so much time decorating. A short play followed the ribbon cutting. Additionally, top fundraisers for the SOLES Walk were able to pie Dr. Sue, Mrs. Zondag, and Mrs. Wiemer in the face!
Did you know soon-to-be three Siena Schools offer a K3 program and that all elementary schools offer a K4 class? K3 and K4 programs build confidence, increase faith formation, develop social skills, and provide a foundation for learning... and it's fun!
All-day daycare can average close to $800 per month. Full-time K3 and K4 is $436.11 a month for 9 months, and with our 12-month payment plan that lowers to $327.08 a month.
It might seem early to begin the enrollment process but with the small class sizes, now is the time to complete the Siena Catholic Schools Inquiry form.
