As you ask us things throughout the year, we'll add them here.
We've been made aware that the University's Module Option system says your optional modules will be approved within 3 days. However, our PGT Support Officer works part-time, and staff are also taking annual leave (vacation) before the start of the new academic year.
Optional module choices added before 11:30 on Wednesday 4th September will be reviewed by 12:30 on Wednesday 4th September.
Optional module choices added after 11:30 on Wednesday 4th September will be reviewed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from Friday 13th September onwards.
We suggest getting in touch with the Programme Director for the Neuroscience courses - Dr Claudia von Bastian.
For your course you won't need to use R or Python, although you have the option to use R on your final project. If you want to prepare, we'd recommend R over Python, but neither is required.
Please see the information available on the University's Getting Support if you're Pregnant web page. If you're an international student, please also see the University's Children, Pregnancy and Schooling web page for overseas students with dependents. Please also get in touch with the department directly so that we can create a personalised support plan for you - email psypgt@sheffield.ac.uk.
