Mandatory Training

There are 11 mandatory training courses that staff members are required to complete within the first week of employment. 

Please note that you will only be able to take the training courses once you have your university log in details. Many of these courses require renewal, but you'll receive an email reminder when it's time to renew each course

Additional Training

• Out-of-hours training is required for any staff requiring out-of-hours access to the Arts Tower, outside of usual opening hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)

• Research staff are required to undertake additional training regarding protecting research data

• Any staff who are required to complete Risk Assesments for there role should complete this General Risk Assessment Techniques training.

Health & Safety Induction

Its policy that we conduct a Health & Safety Induction in person.

There is a two weekly scheduled session on Mondays at 10am with Mark Johnson. You will be added to one of the sessions when you commence work in the department
