How to access your course timetable
There are two main ways to access your course timetable across your computer or mobile device.
- View online via MUSE
Log in to MUSE and click on ‘My Services’ and from the drop-down menu select ‘My Timetable’
This will take you to the University official calendar (called CMiS Go) where you can view your semester teaching timetable.
As well as using the 'My Timetable' application for viewing your own week-week module or teaching slots, you can also search for other module (code or unit) timetables you are not enrolled on - as well as courses/programmes, tutorial sessions, or even computer room availability.

Note: My Timetable is the most accurate and up-to-date platform for accessing your course timetable sessions.
Tip: You can also use the 'My Timetable' link that can be found on the Blackboard (Digital Resources) section.

2. View in iSheffield
iSheffield is the must have app for all things University of Sheffield!
You can view your timetable in the iSheffield app, alongside many other useful features.
iSheffield is free to use and can be accessed using a web browser or downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
Some of the features of iSheffield include:
Timetable - View your timetable to check where you need to be and when.
Library - View reading lists and see when your loans are ready for pick up or return.
Contacts - Find the contact information for people across the University in the contacts hub.
Support - Get access to a range of support, including money and fees, registration, student answers, mental health, and much more.
Social - Discover new activities and events.
Campus Map - Get access to an interactive map of the University.
Locations - We are developing this feature to help navigate around campus. Try this new feature to help you discover what is nearby and directions on how to get to your destination.
Attendance Monitoring: The iSheffield app may also be used for lecture attendance monitoring.

View in Google Calendar (optional)
You can also view your timetable in the Google Calendar app by importing it from your My timetable.
This can be useful for coordinating your schedule and for accessing your calendar on your mobile device.
Instructions on how to integrate your timetable into Google Calendar will be made available to you during or shortly after Intro week.
