What is the Student hub?

The student hub is a secure but restricted section of the Sheffield University website providing extra services and study support that is not viewable on the public section of the website. Essentially, there's three sections to the University website:

As a student, once you have signed into the University website with your IT (also known as MUSE) account, you can access the student hub to get to resources only visible to University members.

How do I navigate the Student hub?

To access the Student hub, log in to MUSE (My University Student Environment), from the top left-hand corner of the University website using your University username, password and multi-factor authentication (MFA). 

Once you are logged in you will automatically be directed to the 'Student Hub' section.  An additional top bar menu will also be available to you to navigate to sections on:

Note. The direct web address to the Student Hub is: www.students.sheffield.ac.uk

If you are already logged in to MUSE you will not be asked for your username and password.

The most common services are shown to you in the drop-down menu, but a full list of online services can be accessed via ‘View all MUSE services
