IT Services and Computing
Once your student IT (MUSE) account is activated, you can access a host of computing essentials, including the IT Services site - a service dedicated to supporting students across the University of Sheffield.
It's an excellent service that you should make use of during your time at Sheffield - and here to help you with any IT problems you encounter during your studies.
See our quick guide video that gives an example of accessing Student IT services and computing support.
If you wish to view a full scale version of this video, and cannot do so on this site, please access the video via the University Kaltura media platform.
