• Tuesday, 5/21, Pay It Forward Culmination, 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at SGS
• Tuesday, 5/14, 7th grade Next Schools Information Night, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at SGS - This is for all 7th grade families, whether considering public and/or private schools. We will present timelines, summer planning, contacts, and what you will need to think about for the fall.

7th Grade Computer Science: Pay it Forward

7th: As a part of their Pay It Forward project, students are learning how to build a website using New Google Sites: creating pages, using images, text, importing videos and how to customize the layout of their template. Next, students are using the App Lab programming environment in Code.org to build and share apps on smart phones and tablets. Students will learn how to code, create and code buttons, text, images, sounds, and screens in JavaScript using either blocks or text!
