SEO has recently developed the Professional Experience Internship Program. This program includes:

• 4-week PAID internship

• $20/hour paid by the company

• Assigned to 1 company and placed in sub-department based on personal interest

• On-boarding training sessions led by Advent professionals and SEO before starting the internship

• Core intern responsibilities will include basic support, clerical or admin projects; intern will also have opportunity to shadow staff and learn about industry and respective function

• 1:1 mentorship pairing with junior and senior staff in respective functions, including informal weekly lunch or coffee chats

• Internship placements in one of the following departments:

  • • Deal Team

    • Marketing/Fundraising

    • Finance & Accounting

    • Legal

    • Human Resources

    • Business Solutions
