MAHAWA DJANE
How would you describe your EP to someone who has never heard of it before?
My EP was an educational experience where we lived on campus and took college classes and met new people and also did fun activities. The work we did was graded and we also had home as well. We lived with roommates and were able to go out to eat and hang out with friends which was fun.
What is a typical day like during your EP?
A typical day at my EP is waking up, dressing up, checking in, getting breakfast and heading to classes doing the morning classes then having lunch then doing afternoon classes then going back to the dorm and doing homework. Eating dinner and hanging out with friends then going to my room to take a shower and go to bed.
What was the biggest challenge of your EP?
Making sure that the homework is done and keeping a good mindset when going through the day. Also making sure that the little things don’t get to me.
What was the biggest reward of your EP?
My biggest reward of my EP is learning how to be independent in college and making friends in that program that will definitely help me in the future
What advice do you have for future SEO scholars who are considering your EP?
Keep an open mind. Learn new things, make memories that will last a lifetime and do all the activities you can while you're there. Lastly, socialize, put yourself out there, explore Temple with friends and build relationships and networking partners. It only two weeks to make the most of it.

I enjoyed my time at Temple University in Philadelphia! I felt welcomed by both the students and the teachers and I was able to make myself pretty noticeable and popular. The classes were my favorite part, I learned so much about the animation industry and some tips I use in my arts and animations. Temple has a variety of fun evening activities like Volleyball, Philadelphia museum of art, and Independence BlueCross RiverRink Summerfest. I enjoyed my stay at Temple University!
