Non-Discrimination

It is the policy of the Southwest Educational Development Center not to discriminate on the basis of sex in the services it provides to districts, or employment policies as required by Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments. It is also the policy of the SEDC not to discriminate on the basis of handicap as stated in Title VI.
