In this unit, students will investigate their tribal identities, individually and collectively, by learning about indigenous cosmology using various tribes stories. These stories will demonstrate the resilience of indigenous people who used those stories to inform their worldview perspective.

This unit utilizes the cosmology resources found in the Kumeyaay Curriculum developed by Michael Connolly Miskwish, Stan Rodriguez, and Martha Rodriguez.
