Native Project Scholars design and facilitate lessons centered around identity and resiliency with Native youth. These lessons are designed to affirm the culture of the child and recognize the influences of historical trauma and colonization. Several of these past lessons, as well as lessons from outside sources, have been adapted into units and resources that are now available here for use by community members, educators, and future scholars. Please feel free to take and adapt these lessons for use in small group or full classroom settings.
We welcome feedback, input, and ideas for additional lessons on our community input page.
