Abstract
Switching different perspectives has a profound impact on employee performance in the new era. All kinds of management skills and social governance means must master the way of use and control the intensity of use, control the intensity of their use, and find appropriate management methods. This paper will explain the impact of job security for new-generation employees on organizational performance in different environments from different perspectives. The sense of security of employees is an important performance factor to increase the company’s personnel retention rate, improve the company’s performance and productivity, and increase market competitiveness. Only by mastering the fact that employees have a sense of security in different environments can they maximize their work efficiency. The perspective discussed in this paper is relatively new, and it will introduce concepts from different disciplines to discuss possible problems and ways to deal with them. Text has great practical value. It is hoped that this article can help enterprises in need improve the job security of their employees in the new era and improve human efficiency.
